At SevnthOrder, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Are sales final?
Yes — all sales are final. We do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please double-check all product details and sizing before checkout.
Do you accept exchanges?
We accept exchanges for apparel sizing if a different size is needed. Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition with no signs of wear, washing, or damage. All original tags and packaging must remain intact.
To start an exchange, contact us at support@sevnthorder.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you may return the item for a different size (subject to availability). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
NOTE: No exchanges on pre-ordered items at this time. As we make the items as we receive the orders. We have no surplus for pre-orders.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@sevnthorder.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll review your request and provide a replacement if eligible.
What if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
If you received the wrong item or are missing something from your order, email us at support@sevnthorder.com with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct product.
