What is SevnthOrder’s return policy?

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, so we encourage you to review all product details, sizing, and policies carefully before purchasing.

What is SevnthOrder’s exchange policy?

We gladly accept exchanges for apparel sizing if you need a different size. Items must be in new and unused condition, meaning they cannot show any signs of wear, washing, or damage. To start an exchange, email support@sevnthorder.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

NOTE: No exchanges on pre-ordered items at this time. As we make the items as we receive the orders. We have no surplus for pre-orders.  

My product arrived defective or damaged. What can I do?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at support@sevnthorder.com. Include photos and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement if applicable.

Please note that we cannot issue replacements for damage caused by improper use or handling after delivery.

Missing an item or received the wrong one?

If you’re missing an item or received the wrong product, please contact support@sevnthorder.com and include your order number with a photo of the items received. If an incorrect item was sent, we will provide a return label and ship the correct product once the return has been initiated.

I just placed an order and it looks like I’ve been charged twice. What happens next?

In most cases, this occurs due to authorization holds from your bank. A temporary hold may appear alongside the actual charge. These holds usually clear within 48–72 hours. If the duplicate charge remains after that time, please confirm with your bank that it has fully posted, not just pending.

Back Orders / Pre-Orders / Sold Out Items

If an item is on back order or sold out, our support team may reach out to you.

We can:

  • Ship available items first and send the rest once restocked.
  • Hold your entire order until all items are available.
  • Offer a refund for unavailable products if the wait time doesn’t work for you.
  • Pre-order items will include an estimated availability date. Please note that pre-orders take additional time before shipping.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email support@sevnthorder.com to begin the process. One of our team members will provide instructions for your exchange request.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. During product drops or high-volume sales, shipment times may be slightly delayed.

Does SevnthOrder ship internationally?

Yes, we currently offer USPS and UPS international shipping. Delivery times typically range from 10–15 business days, depending on your location. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. To ensure smooth delivery, please include a valid email and phone number at checkout in case USPS or UPS needs to contact you regarding delivery.

Are duties or customs fees included in my order?

No. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be required before delivery.

If you choose not to pay customs fees, your package will be returned to us, and only the product cost will be refunded. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current rates before placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, so please double-check your information before completing checkout.
